Las Vegas - November 7,1951 Mr. A.C.Ritter The Home Lumber Company occupying site on North Main Street, Las Vegas requires additional area for lumber storage to meet its expanding operation. Mr. LeGrange advises the parcel south of Bonanza Road between the Bonanza lead track and the Snyder lease would meet his present requirements and I recommend lease on the parcel under our usual conditions, expiring concurrently with present lease. During the first nine months of 1951, the Lumber Company received 157 carload shipments, consisting of plaster and plaster board from Blue Diamond and Southern California, lumber from Pacific Northwest and Northern California points, hardwood flooring and pipe TG points and mineral wool and cement from Southern California points. If you concur will you please arrange for lease agreement. S.H.Johnson
