which, water main is being constructed for the purpose of supplying water to said Beckley Subdivision; consideration $350; this Company to furnish without cost to said W. J. Rhoads all necessary pipe, valves, fittings and material, f.o.b. cars Las Vegas; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed. On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that action of President and Assistant Secretary Rigdon in executing agreement, C. A. No. 10134, dated June 2, 1941, between Las Vegas Land and Water Company, called "Company", and Guy Mathis, called "Subdivider", covering extension by this Company of its water mains a distance of approximately 270 feet to and into Beckley Subdivision of Las Vegas, Nevada, along Third Place; Subdivider to advance and pay to Company the sum of $754 and to survey and stake upon the ground the line along which said water main is to be laid; the Company to install said extension and to pay Subdivider monthly 50% of monthly revenue received by it from customers in said Beckley Subdivision taking water from said water main, for period of ten years from date of completion of said installation, or until Subdivider has been repaid the actual cost of the extension so advanced by him, whichever occurs first; said main to remain the property of the Company; said agreement further providing that should actual cost of said installation exceed $754, then Subdivider to pay the excess to the Company, and if said actual cost be less than $754, Company to pay Subdivider the difference between - 22-
