On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President Strong in executing rider, 11N"LD 2 0 6 7 , dated May 2k, 19kS, extending to July 31, 1950, term of lease agreement Audit No. 10374-, with Earl Webb, dated August 1, 1 9 U6 , expiring July 3 1 , 19^8 > covering portion of Lot 1, Block 2, Clark's Las Vegas Townsite, together with building located thereon, Las Vegas, Nevada; rental $4-0 per month, payable in advance; subject to termination on thirty days' written notice by either party; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, aporoved and confirmed. On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President Strong in executing letter agreement "N"L.D. 2062, dated June 2, 194-8, with Nevada Construction Company, covering the construction and laying of approximately 7,460 ft. of cast iron water mains at Las Vegas, Nevada, as follows: V Job No. 1: ADoroximately 3,390 ft. to serve HFM&M and Valley View Additions (per Work Order #594-) ; Job No. 2: Approximately 2,6SO ft. to serve Pioneer Heights Addition (per Work Order #593); Job No. 3: Approximately 650 ft. to serve Land Com­pany's North Main Street industrial property (per Work Order #595); Job No* 4-: Approximately 74-0 ft. to serve Noblitt Addition (per Work Order #597); consideration $10,110, plus actual cost of premium on Surety Bond; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed.
