I agree.V On motion duly made and seconded, it was unanimously RESOLVED, that T. E. Hammill, Vice President of Las Vegas Land and Water Company, is hereby authorized in the name of this corporation, to obtain credit with or without security from United California Bank in a sum of not to exceed $733,690.00. Said officer is authorized with or without the corporate seal, to execute a Letter of Credit Application and Security Agreement, said Letter of Credit to run in favor of the County of Los Angeles; be, and the same is hereby ratified, approved and confirmed. On motion duly made and seconded, it was unanimously RESOLVED, that the action of President E. H. Bailey and Assistant Secretary S. J. How in executing Las Vegas Land and Water Company L. S. D. A. No. 6221, bearing C.L.D* No. 16128, dated October 15, 1968 conveying to Walter Carpet Mills,Inc., a California corporation, that certain parcel of land situate in City of Industry, County of Los Angeles, California, said parcel containing approximately 4.1 acres, for a consideration of $10.00 and other good and valuable consideration, being a portion of Block 17, Tract No. 1343 as per map recorded in Book 20, pages 10 and 11 of Maps, records of Los Angeles County, as particularly described, excepting from said parcel all minerals and mineral rights without right of surface -3-
