Dear Mr. Freeman: With your approval we would like to feature the new Sands Hotel in the August issue of the Intermountain Contractor and the Utah Architect magazine. This on behalf of our client, the Utelite Corporation,which manufactured the lightweight aggregate used in the concrete for the new structure. The full page adv. which we plan in both publications would be similar in style to the enclosed tear sheet on the new Aztec apartment in Salt Lake, and would be part of a continuing series of new concrete structures in this area. We have previously featured the new Sunrise Medical Center in Las Vegas. Faturaily, there would be no cost involved to your firm but we would require your cooperation regarding photographs, technical data, etc. We are certain that the attendant publicity in magazines of this caliber would be of considerable value to the Sands.
