Present rates, ranging from 2 cents per 100 lbs. for 20 miles and less to 8% cents per 100 lbs. for 400 miles; proposed, cancellation of continuous mileage rates and application of 85% combination of local rates established by the Minnesota Railroad and Warehouse Commission as increased under General Order No. 28, which is same basis as in effect on other freight. Approved, recommendation of the Standing Rate Committee, contemplating cancellation of present continuous mileage rates on Fuel Wood, carloads, between stations in Minnesota on lines formerly under Federal control, and in lieu thereof the establishment of the basis regularly applicable on Minnesota Intrastate traffic, namely, application of 85% of the combination of local rates, this action to be subject to procedure of the State Railway Commission. , - ‘ Rate Advice No. 3 advises date effective withheld pending submission to the Minnesota Railway Commission.
