Bennett Attached please find one copy each of two letters from Charleston Park Mutual Homes to Las Vegas Land and Water Company, which were received In this office August 26, 1953 and which make application for extension of water mains from the Las Vegas Land and Water Company under Rule 9 to serve Charleston Park, Tracts numbers 1 and 2 and which also request the Las Vegas Land and Water Company to forward letter to the Las Vegas Planning Commis­sion as quickly as possible in which the Water Company would indicate its willingness to serve these tracts. Both of the tracts mentioned are part of a subdivision named Charleston Park and are both Indicated on attached t©native plat, one copy of which la attached hereto. I have been requested to expedite the furnishing of a letter to the Planning Commission, but I have told Mr. L. 8. Harbour, Jr., that the requested letter If written, will be addressed to him Instead of the Planning Commission. In order to expedite this matter, will you please ask Mr. Adamson to prepare five work order prints for my use in securing approval from the Las Vegas Valley Water District.
