Las Vegas - March 17, 1948 it; 2-103 a 2-112 Mr, Frank Strong: .Referring to our personal inspection of the Industrial Tract yesterday, C/A A-55&20, in favor of Ira Goldring covering the 1001 site on Bonansa Hoad immediately east of the Woitishek cement mixer, expires July 16, 19^*8, according to my file, unless it has since been relinquished or terminated. From the appearance of the property, Goldring has abandoned it, and it should be cleaned up, Lease A-55236, originally embraced 100*, in favor of 0. J. Scherer in rear of Lot *N* on South Main Street, It is my understanding that he relinquished the southerly 50* in favor of Horace Shidler, The southerly 501 is in satisfactory condition, but Scherer's northerly 50' is covered with scraps of lumber and it has overflown onto the lease adjoining on the north, I have verbally notified L. H. Gox several times to clean up the site now oooupied by his oil tanks, and assume you will wish to notify him also to clean up his premises. A. M, Folger
