We have been called ®n again to seek an adjustment of the Henderson plant. In y®ur letter ef August 2# yeu asked that the matter go ever until the Water District was fermed and yeu als® cempared the $5® a menth agreed rate fer Yeung & Smith with that of the Henderson plant for which you had been furnishing water at a metered charge of some $32 to $5U per month. It seems a little inconsistent to suddenly break a contract and raise a man’s water bill that much. May we suggest that you go back to the charge of $38 a month, which was the charge for the month of April, 1953, until such time as the District takes over and makes its own tariff.
