Technical changes in contract with the State of Hevada. This has been sent to Allan Bible. Allan Bible is to follow through, frank Hamilton is to keep eheeklng on this for determination. 7* Opening proposals on bonds. Between March 22 and March 31. Data to bo flxod when engineers1 report and prospectus arc ready. This is Beebe's responsibility. 8. Plans for takeover of water system. These includes (a) Escrow instructions. These are to be prepared by Hamilton and Bennett, and should plan for a takeover some time between April 15 and May 1. As of the close of business April 30 may be the most practical date. (b) Hiring of water superintendent. This should be done as quickly at possible. Responsibility for pushing this la in the hands of Tom Campbell. (*) Accountants to sot up Water District books. Those to be selected by the District. Responsibility for pushing this and getting it done in the hands of Ton Campbell.
