The Railroad Company shall have the right to construct such facilities upon the property of .the District as shall be nece* sary to connect said new pipe line and new power line connections into the existing facilities of the District. Upon the completion of said work the District shall pay to the Railroad Company, withir thirty (30) days after rendition of bill therefor, the actual cost to Union Pacific and the Southern Nevada Power Company of removing Said pipe lines and wire lines and constructing said new pipe line and said new power line connections plus ten per cent (10#) of sai^ actual cost of construction representing the cost of a upervislon. Section 2: The District agrees that it will, at its sol« cost and expense, and within two years from the sale date, oommenofl and thereafter diligently prosecute to completion the following woi (a) Construct adequate pipe lines to replace the pipe lines referred to in subparagraph (b) of ' this section, which are to be removed by the District.
