SERVICE & MATERIAL Commissioner Peccole moved that Service and Material Warrants Nos. 2062 to 2067 inclusive WARRANTS in the total amount of $32,300.69 be approved and the Mayor and City Clerk authorized to sign same. Motion seconded ty Commissioner Whipple and carried by the following vote: Commissioners Bunker, Moore, Peccole, Whipple and His Honor voting aye; noes, none. REDUCTION OF SOLICITORS Commissioner Moore moved that pursuant to the request of Mary M. Shipley, representative LICENSE of Blind Weavers Inc. for reduction of the solicitors license, this fee be reduced to $5.00 per quarter. Motion seconded by Commissioner Peccole and carried by the following vote: Commissioners Bunker, Moore, Peccole, Whipple and His Honor voting aye; noes, none. RIDGEVIEW TRACT #3 Commissioner Peccole moved the final map of Ridgeview Tract No. 3 be approved subject to Final Map all improvements being installed and the Mayor, City Clerk and City Engineer authorized to sign same. Motion seconded by Commissioner Moore and carried by the following vote: Commissioners Bunker, Moore, Peccole, Whipple and His Honor voting aye; noes, none. SWINGING DOOR Commissioner Whipple moved that Sam Taylor of the Swinging Door Saloon be notified to SALOON appear at the next regular meeting of the Board to show cause why his license should not be suspended. Motion seconded by Commissioner Moore and carried by the following vote: Commissioners Bunker, Moore, Peccole, Whipple and His Honor voting aye; noes, none. TWIN LAKES Commissioner Bunker moved the matter of the request of Twin Lakes for a Use Permit to build apartment units be referred to the State Sanitary Engineer to see if he will approve the proposed plan for sewage disposal. Motion seconded by Commissioner Whipple and carried by the following vote: Commissioners Bunker, Moore, Peccole, Whipple and His Honor voting aye; noes, none. LIQUOR APPLICATION Commissioner Moore moved the application of Edward H. Blake and Joseph Di Benedetto, Second Street Lunch, 117 South 2nd for a Restaurant Beverage liquor license for the first quarter of 1951 be approved subject to investigation ty the Police Department. Motion seconded by Commissioner Whipple and carried by the following vote: Commissioners Bunker, Moore, Peccole, Whipple and «is Honor voting aye; noes, none. GAMING APPLICATIONS Commissioner Moore moved the following applications for additional gaming licenses for Additionals for the first quarter of 1951 be approved. Golden Nugget Inc.
