This has further reference to your le tte rs o f July 3, 1937 and July 14, 1937, your f i l e L-13705-I.S.S.F.A. In reply to Mr. Wedekind’ s join t le tte r o f July 16th to Messrs. Duffy, Bennett and Bradshaw, Mr. Bradshaw replied * under date of July 21st, and I enclose herewith a copy of his reply. I understand that both Mr. Duffy and Mr. Bennett are on their vacations, but in view of the fact that you have o ra lly stated you are anxious to get the arrangement in e ffect i f it is law ful, I am writing at this time to advise that I concur in the views expressed in Mr. Bradshaw’ s letter* You w ill note the suggestion made in the la st paragraph of Mr. Bradshaw’ s le t t e r .
