Hulsizer - 2- Dec. 14,1949 Pile: 80 Mr. Reinhardt and I have been talking over your tele— gran and it was our thought that a management fee of around 3^ of the gross, which would be about #500.00 a month, would be one which the Nevada Commission might approve of but that anything in excess of that, would be pretty hard to sell to the Commission In view of our relatively small net revenue. However, possibly, as we both develop more Information with respect to such management fees we may be able to determine upon some other figure but I am passing on to you this information with respect to the local situation.
