Johnson - Los Angeles: Referring to your letter of May 28th to Mr. Ritter, your file 7334* submitting a proposed easement from LA&SL-UPRRCos. to Las Vegas Valley Water District covering a strip of land 15 feet wide and 1,040 feet long for water pipe line in the Northwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section 33* Township 20 South, Range 6l East, Las Vegas, Nevada: The document has been fully executed and acknowledged. However, I have withheld my approval as to execution, and I am enclosing the duplicate originals herewith for the purpose of having the seal of the Las Vegas Valley Water District affixed to each counterpart. You will note that the acknowledgment of execution by the officers of the Las Vegas Valley Water District recites that the seal has been affixed. please return our counterpart to me for my record and filing with the Auditor.
