Bennett Will you please prepare usual form of Construction Agreement with Langley Construction Company, kZl West Bonanza Road, Las Vegas, Nevada, to cover the furnishing of all labor, tools and equipment and to construct approximately 126 LP of 68 cast iron water main and install one 6** valve in existing water main, on property of W. J. Moore, Jr., on Lot 1, Block 5, Desert Park #2, Las Vegas, Nevada in location described as follows! Commencing at a connection with existing 6 B cast iron water main in easement along the East 5* of Lot 1, Hock 5, Desert Park #2, at point approximately 5* South of North line of said Lot 1, thence Westerly in easement along the North 10’ of said Lot 1, a distance of approximately 110 * to a point in easement along the West 10' of said Lot 1, thence Southerly in said easement along the West 10' of said Lot 1, a distance of 1 6 * to a connection with existing 6H cast iron water main point of ending, including the installation of one 6“ valve in existing 6® water main near the Northeasterly corner of said Lot 1, Block 5# Desert Park #2.
