Las Vegaa - February 19, 1943 f 23-4-4 Mr. K. It. Sutton: X submit herewith close out of Work Order 463 which covers connection at Charleston Boulevard to the water mains of Boulder Syndicate. The connection was made in order to provide adequate fire protection to the Boulder Addition, at request of City Authorities, and they were prompted by the Fire Underwriter*. The line between our respective water systems 1® kept closed and looked; the Fire Chief is provided with one key and we have the other, so the valve can be opened in oaee of emergency.
