I agree.\ Regular monthly meeting of the Board of Directors of Las Vegas Land and Water Company was held in the Company5 s principal office in the Union Pacific Building, 1+22 West 6th Street, Los Angeles, California, at 11:00 A. M., Tuesday, February 15, 1955. Present: Wm. Reinhardt E. E. Bennett A. C. Ritter J. W. Padden W. H. Johnson Absent: A. E. Stoddard Vice President Reinhardt called the- meeting to order and presided. Minutes of meeting of Board of Directors, held Jan. 11, 1955, were read and approved. On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of President Stoddard and Assistant Secretary Bachman of this Company in executing Supplemental Agreement CD No.39722~B, dated November 30, 1951-1-s> between Los Angeles & Salt Lake Railroad Company and its Lessee Union Pacific Railroad Company, Las Vegas Land and Water Company, and Las Vegas Valley Water District, amending Basic Agreement dated June 1, 1953» covering sale to the Water District of certain water-bearing lands, water rights and water production, storage and transmission facilities at Las Vegas, Nevada, to provide for granting by the Railroad Companies of additional easements over two 15 foot parcels of land for the construction, maintenance and operation of pipe lines and the relinquishment by the Water District of similar easements granted it under the -1-
