Las Vegas, Nevada, Dear Sir: Referring to your letter to Mr. Knickerbocker dated April 8th and his letter to me April 11th relative to construction of combination garage and material storage building at Las Vegas: Will you please prepare blue print showing location of the proposed garage, together with floor layout desired and type of building you recommend, also please show water connections and any other conveniences and facilities which you think necessary.
