In talking with : x,Hoisted, it is agreed that inasmuch as the contract provides that the deed should be made subject to the Mortgage, and that the deed as submitted herewith is made subject to said Mortgage, it is not necessary to secure a release from the Guaranty Trust Company or to transmit any of the purchase price to the Trustee.
