February 1* 1952 3, h statement showing the work performed in connection with the various wells drilled since 1931 end the other capital expendi­tures made in addition to those chargeable to the cost of the well and its appurten­ances. 4* A detailed statement of the eapltal expen­ditures other than the capital expenditures for well and appurtenances referred to on Statement Wo* 3* these last statements were prepared by you and furnished to Mr* Allen at the recent conference with hin* $• fc statement showing by murk orders and ap­propriate description of the project the capital additions actually made during the calendar year 1951 to the water production facilities of the Esllread Company* 1 sug­gest that this statement also show in a separata column all work orders for capital additions to the Railroad facilities which have been already authorised at the tine of the latest date which can be shown on the exhibit and the estimated amounts which will be expended in the year 1952 under all work orders which wars authorised prior to that date and which were not completed in the year 1951* In other words I think we should be in a position to shew the Commission what was spent is the year 1951 and what is now known will be dofinitoly spent in the year 1952* 6* I separate statement showing capital addi­tions to the Railroad facilities which are contemplated for the year 1952, but not yet authorised by work order* 7.
