W 1 -1 -2 -B m i Las Vegas - January 16, 1946 Mr. Frank Strong - Los Angeles: Your mallgram S-180 January 8. I attach estimate of cost to extend 4" water line from nearest main on Railroad Avenue underneath track to Huffey*s west line. You will note the distanoe is 170* and wfc will defray the cost of the first 50 feet. In order to keep the cost to a minimum we will use some second hand pipe except for that portion which goes directly under the track. In discussing the arrangements with Huffey this morning he advises the distribution of costs is agreeable. We will handle the work with our own forces. In this connection Mr. Huffey advises that the FormsWPB 3348 which you signed for him were mislaid in the WPB office at Los Angeles. He requested that you fill out new ones on the enclosed blanks and forward to Mr. W. F. Whitney as shown in attached letter, B - 16 Walter R. Bracken
