You, and each of you, will please take notice that pursuant to a call this day issued by Mayor Cragin, a Special meeting of the Board of Commissioners of the City of Las Vegas, Nevada will be held in the Office of the Mayor, at the War Memorial Building, on Wednesday, November 19, 1947 at the hour of 10:00 A.M. to act upon the following: 1. E. W. Cragin Pat Clark Robert T. Moore J. M. Murphy Reed Whipple Meeting called to order at the hour of 10:00 A. M., in the Council Chamber by His Honor Mayor E. W. Cragin with the following members present: Commissioners Clark, Moore, Whipple. City Manager J. M. Murphy and City Clerk, Helen Scott Reed. Absent: Commissioner Baskin. KELSO TURNER One of the purposes of the call of this Special Meeting was for DISPOSITION discussion of disposition and/or occupancy of Kelso-Turner Terrace and Addition in the City of Las Vegas. Representatives of the Army including General McDaniel of Mather Field; and Mr. Redmond, Re­presenting the Federal Housing Authority; also Mr. Berkeley L. Bunker, Paul McDermott and Mrs. Ruth Hazzard, representing the local Housing Authority were present. Considerable discussion was had on the matter, which was recorded by Miss Betty Baker, a copy of which will be filed with the City Clerk upon completion. No formal action was taken on the matter.
