I agree.RE: Malibu Yacht Club Al: Everything appears ready for the Malibu Yacht Club group which I mentioned several weeks ago. They will arrive Saturday, Oct. 16, and will hold a practice session Saturday afternoon at Lake Mead, In the evening, the group which will number about twenty five, will hold a small cocktail party and will discuss the race set for Sunday, Oct. 17. They will be on their own Sunday night and most will depart Monday with the exception of a few who will take an extra day. We will handle the following things as per your instructions: Publicity including the picture of Carol Foster and the boat in pool,.. Z Give them a $1^ room rate for double... 12-13 rooms... Arrange for trophies in the Siam of $75.,. Possibly assist with cocktail party... We should have a name for the event, I recommend simply ?╟╓?╟╓Sands Regatta,?╟Ñ which is short, sweet and puts the Sands in front, I might add, that if this event is successful it could mean an annual event with far greater participation. ron
