I agree.m i Omaha - February 20, 1i232°* v Mr. F. H. Knickerbocker: Please be referred to my telegram February 8th7J symbol F-12, and your reply K-910, also subsequent telegrams and correspondence ending with your letter February 15th, file 9215-3-W, regarding water rates at Las Vegas. In your telegram K-S54, October 19th, which was in response to my telegram that date asking for the approximate amount of increase in percentage of old rate, you replied, "sixty percent". It now develops that the increase amounted to only approximately thirty percent. Certainly, a more accurate estimate could have been arrived at when the question was raised last October. Apparently matters of this kind are not given the careful attention that they should have. It would be very much appreciated if more care would be used in these matters and avoid the necessity of making explanations afterward, which at the best are unsatisfactory. W» M. Jeff era, ?
