This is extra gang Job and X know you haven*t personnel. Told Mr, dale we would endeavor secure bulldozer and operator to d e a r weeds under direction Special Agent Harvey Hedges. Don't know how you are fixed for bulldozer, but Mr. Gale is anxious that we do this work earliest possible date, and I will appreciate if you will advise me If you can release bulldozer, and if so when, notifying Harvey Hedges hra in advance so he can be prepared to take charge of it.
