Our records show that on January 38 you paid 15*00 for January service to the festalde property! and 18*00 fox the water service to Sorth Eleventh Street property, both for the month of January. On February 19 we received $8.00 from you in payment for water service to the North Eleventh Street property for the month of February. What is due now is the March bill in the amount of $8*00* Mr * Smith, who purchased the Westaide property from you, paid the February and in the amount of $5.00* March water bills each Trusting this now clarifies the matter, I a® Sincerely yours.
