in executing agreement, OLD No. 10986, dated February 7, 1952, with Richfield Oil Corporation, granting license for the main­tenance and operation of a six-inch oil pipe line crossing at M. P. 18.46 and a three-inch gasoline pipe line crossing at M. P. 18.57, old San Pedro Branch, in vicinity of 27th Street and California Avenue, Long Beach, Calif.; said agreement being effective August 2, 1951, to continue in effect for period of five years thereafter, and being revocable by Land Company at any time by giving Licensee sixty days 1 written notice of such revocation; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed. On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President Reinhardt on behalf of LVL&WCo. in executing rider, C. L. D. No. 10952, dated January 16, 1952, terminating effective August 1, 1951, agreement Audit No. 6459, dated November 19, 1927, expiration indefinite, between Los Angeles & Salt Lake Railroad Company and Richfield Oil Company of California (assigned July 19, 1958 by said Richfield Oil Company of California to Richfield Oil Corporation, and assigned December 16, 1957, by LA&SLRRCo. to LVL&WCo.), covering a 6-inch oil line and a 6-inch and 10- inch gas pipe line, near Arabella St., Long Beach, Calif.; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed.
