V or upon any other form that may in the future be so prescribed therefor; (8) consent to a plan of apportionment within an affiliated group of the $25,000 investment tax credit as specified in Section 46(a)(2) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1954; (9) consent to an election of multiple surtax exemptions with respect to December 31, 1967, as provided by Section 1562 of the Internal Revenue Code of 1954. FURTHER RESOLVED, that the outstanding authority in the above respects extended to P. V. Webb be, and the same hereby is, revoked effective at close of July 31, 1968. On motion duly made and seconded, it was unanimously RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President T.E.Hammill in executing extension rider C. L. D. No. 15820-1, dated June 28, 1968, extending term of agreement between Las Vegas Land and Water Company and Tom Miyawaki, an individual, covering lease of premises for agricultural purposes at Dominguez, Los Angeles County, California, to and including June 30, 1969, rental for extended term shall be $1,100 per annum, payable annually in advance; be, and the same is hereby ratified, approved and confirmed. The following Work Order Authority for Expenditure Request, approved by the President, was submitted for ratification: W. 0. 54, A.F.E. No. 3, issued July 9, 1968 Authority for Expenditure to cover the construction of streets, sewer lines, water lines, storm drains and other appurtenant facilities required for the development of Tract "A", containing 133 acres, at Union Pacific Industrial Center in Los Angeles County, California; (1968 Budget - Part of Item No. 1- Amount of $1,073,700.00). -8-
