Omaha - September 3, 1952 2130 Mr. E. E. Bennett: Please be referred to my letter to yon of August 27th asking for your views on the proposal of the Las Vegas Valley Water District dated August 25, 1952, to purchase the water properties at Las Vegas. In a letter dated September 2nd Mr. Hulsizer has expressed to Mr. Stoddard, with a copy to me, his views upon the offer. I am transmitting herewith a copy of Mr. Hulsizer1s letter and shall be glad if in consideration of the offer itself you will also consider that letter and give me the benefit of any comments you care to make.
