Form 16*2 10m-10-11 -SS F,LE%....................................m........M- Qolf I olp FOR USE ONLY AS PROVIDED FOR . kJXXIL J-*aiVC lMJULC IN TELEGRAPH DEPARTMENT ClR- . _ ' CULAR NO. 1 OF JUNE 10, 1905 13 18 SA SH A Salt Lake, Oct. 17, 1914. J. Ross Clark, Los Angeles. Referring your letter 15th relative to form thirty for sixty by 100 foot addition to Sutherland Packing House, Riverside, cost of #6374.78. Please refer to wann*s letter Sept, third to Mr. Nutt recommending this expenditure, also recommending that we remit rent for season nineteen twelve thirteen. In talking with Messrs Nutt and Wann they both conclude that this could be deferred for present at least. It appears from correspondence I have this has now come up through a new source. Have we any assurance that these parties will not ask for return of rent for year 1914, However on recommendation stated in yours 15th I am willing that we recommend to executive committee to go ahead with this expenditure, we cannot take it up through ordinary course, and would suggest that you wire the senator, who I understand will be in NewYork the first of the week, securing executive committee approval to be followed by regular request. w.
