Regarding liquor clauses, building restrictions, etc., it has been the lesson of bur very large experience in numerous townsites that no restrictions whatever should be put in deeds conveying town lots, and that when the town grows to a size to need regulations, its own town organisation will tahe care of such matters* townsite. These are my personal views, which I will be glad to waive in deference to the opinions of others, but my views as affecting a townsite that I might entirely control myself would not be different from those expressed.
