Santa Anita Turf Club Commissioner Whipple moved that the application of Dave Stearns, Santa Anita Turf Club, 113 Fremont, for 15 slot machines and one Race Horse book license for the 4th quarter of 1949 be granted, and the application for the "21" game be held in abeyance. Motion seconded by Commissioner Bunker and carried by the following vote: Commissioners Bunker, Peccole, Whipple and His Honor voting aye; noes, Commis- sioner Moore.
