294 PROPOSED ORDINANCE An ordinance entitled: AN ORDINANCE TO PROVIDE PENALTIES FOR USING, MANUFACTURING, Slugs SELLING OR GIVING AWAY TOKENS, SLUGS, OR SPURIOUS COINS FOR THE FRAUDULENT OPERA- TION OF VENDING MACHINES, COIN-BOX TELEPHONES, OR OTHER RECEPTACLES, DESIGNED TO RECEIVE LAWFUL COINS OF THE UNITED STATE OF AMERICA, IN THE SALE, USE OR ENJOYMENT OF PROPERTY OR SERVICE; AND REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES OR PARTS OF ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT THEREWITH, AND OTHER MATTERS PROPERLY RELATING THERETO, was read to the Board by title and referred to Commissioners Baskin and Whipple for report. REGIONAL PLANNING Commissioner Moore moved that the following appointments be made to the new COMMISSION Regional Planning Commission, and that said appointees be properly notified: Members Appointed R.
