LIQUOR APPLICATIONS Commissioner Whipple moved that the application of the Esquire Bar, Esquire Bar -- Brandhorst Inc. W. I. South, 120 South 2nd Street., for a retail Walter I. South tavern liquor license be referred to the police department for investigation and recommendation. Harold's Cafe Commissioner Clark moved that the application of Harold's Cafe, Harold H. J. EWing J.
