New water pipe lines, extend-l ing along Stewart street from E le ve n ttrto Nineteenth streets, w ill soon relieve the pressure problem, Folger told the board. In view of his statement; the city ? commissionerr decided to retain the present lawn water­ing restrictions between the hours of 5 A M and 9 A m and between 6 P M and midnight.
