August 13, 1953 Mr. Wei. Reinhardt - Los Angeles X am submitting herewith, letter of recommendation to Mr. Stoddard for your signature, together with Form 30 Estimate, both of which refer to construction of water line on property of W. J. Moore Jr., Lot 1, Block 5* Desert Park #2, Las Vegas, Nevada. Print showing location of water line to be constructed was furnished with my letter of August 12th. Please note in letter of submission that Mr. W. J« Moore Jr., has agreed to bear 1/3 the cost of constructing the new 6** pipe line to replace the existing pipe line on his property, providing the Water Company will complete the work within a 30 day period.
