Wall: Easement granted this Company by deed, dated September i6, 1944, for roadway purposes upon, along and across a strip of land 30.16 feet in width lying southwesterly of and adjoining the southwesterly line of said parcel; Easement for the construction, operation and maintenance of downspouts, drainage pipes, building foundations and basement areaways along, upon and across and under a strip of land 2.2 feet in width, being portion of Block 2, Range 1, City of Riverside, California, and the adjoining vacated Second Street; the above described property being conveyed and the easements granted subject to: 1 - General and special taxes for the fiscal year 1944-1945, including any special district levies, payment for which is included therein and collected therewith; 2 - Conditions, restrictions, reservations, easements and encumbrances of record; consideration $10.00, and other good and valuable consideration; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed. On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President Strong on behalf of this Company in executing letter agreement, C.L.D.
