Wall: Easement granted this Company by deed, dated September i6, 1944, for roadway purposes upon, along and across a strip of land 30.16 feet in width lying southwesterly of and adjoining the southwesterly line of said parcel; Easement for the construction, operation and mainten­ance of downspouts, drainage pipes, building founda­tions and basement areaways along, upon and across and under a strip of land 2.2 feet in width, being portion of Block 2, Range 1, City of Riverside, Calif­ornia, and the adjoining vacated Second Street; the above described property being conveyed and the easements granted subject to: 1 - General and special taxes for the fiscal year 1944-1945, including any special district levies, payment for which is included therein and col­lected therewith; 2 - Conditions, restrictions, reservations, easements and encumbrances of record; consideration $10.00, and other good and valuable consideration; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed. On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President Strong on behalf of this Company in executing letter agreement, C.L.D. No. 6296, dated March 16, 1945, with Roberts Roofing Co., covering the renewing of roofing on this Company’s Rooming House at Second and Lewis Streets, Las Vegas, Nevada, said work consisting of replacing 130 squares of roofing and the removal of old cooling tank, repair­ing openings in the roof and reconstructing monitor and continuous vents; consideration $1949.52, plus actual cost of surety bond and other required insurance; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed.
