Also excepting therefrom, all that portion thereof within that certain parcel of land described in deed to Western Lead Products Co. recorded in Book D-5&2, page 463, Official Records of Los Angeles County, California. Also excepting therefrom, all that portion thereof within that certain parcel of land described in deed to Concal Company, recorded in Book D-1&6B, page l4l, Official Records of Los Angeles County, California. PARCEL NO. 2 A strip of land, 10.00 feet in width, situate in the City of Industry, County of Los Angeles, State of California, and being all that portion of Lot 5> Block 34 of Tract No. 1343» recorded in Book 20, pages 10 and 11 of Maps, records of said County, the northerly and northwesterly line of said 10-foot strip being described as follows; Commencing at the most westerly corner of said Lot 5; thence northeasterly along the most westerly northwesterly line of said Lot to an angle point thereon, being the True Point of Beginning; thence easterly and northeasterly along the boundary of said lot to the southerly line of that certain 200 foot strip of land described in easement to Los Angeles County Flood Control District, recorded in Book 1 ^176 , page 173* Official Records of said County.
