File No. 521 At a general session of the Public Service Commission of Nevada, held at its offices in Carson City, Nevada, on December 2, 1929. PRESENT: Chairman J. F. Shaughnessy Commissioner H. R. Martin Secretary Frank B. Warren O R D E R The Commission having considered the matter of the approval of a certain agreement covering the furnishing of surplus water, between the Los Angeles and Salt Lake Railroad Company, as seller, and the Pacific Fruit Express Company, as buyer, a copy of said agreement being attached hereto and made a part hereof, IT IS ORDERED that the agreement hereinabove referred to, covering the furnishing of surplus water, be, and it is hereby approved, under the authority granted by Section 37 of the Public Service Commission Act, it being expressly understood that the Los Angeles and Salt Lake Railroad Company does not, by the execution of this agreement herein approved, become a public utility within the meaning of the Public Service Commission Act.
