Blaine all of its right, title and interest in and to refunds from revenue of the Las Vegas Valley Water District, Assignee cET d2as Vegas Land and Water Company, to be made pursuant to Section 2 Article II, of that certain Agreement between the undersigned and the Las Vegas Land and Water Company, dated the 21st day of March Land and Water Company to make all payments required by said Section 2, Article II, of said Agreement to the G. C. GIftine and Evelyne $. Blaine This Assignment is irrevocable except by mutual agreement by the Lee Construction Company, Inc, and G, G. Glalne and Evelyna S.
