    At this time the request of L. Oberman, Poundmaster for reimbursement of $150.00 paid his attorney for defending him in the recent case in City Court was presented to the Board for their consideration. Commissioner Whipple moved that upon the advise of the City Attorney that the Court held that Mr. Oberman was not acting within the scope of his employment, the Board has no authority to reimburse this money. Motion seconded by Commissioner Peccole and carried by the following vote: Commissioners Moore, Peccole, Whipple and His Honor voting aye; noes, none. Absent: Commissioner Bunker. Commissioner Whipple moved the performance bond posted by Howard & Hassett on Southridge Tract No. 2 be referred to the City Attorney for approval. Motion seconded by Commissioner Moore and carried by the following vote: Commissioners Moore, Peccole, Whipple and His Honor voting aye; noes, none. Absent: Commissioner Bunker. Commissioner Peccole moved the request of M. H. Gordon to add the name of Genava Friednash to his Retail Liquor (Mina.) license for Mike’s Liquor Store, 106 Fremont be approved subject to a favorable report from the Police Department. At this time the following applications for renewal of liquor licenses for 1951 were presented to the Board for their consideration: ADAMS GROCERY . Claude L. Commissioner Peccole moved the application of Nig Graham, Wimpy's 1516 South 5th for a Restaurant Beverage license for 1951 be approved subject to a favorable report from the Police Department. Motion seconded by Commissioner Whipple and carried by the following vote: Commissioners Moore, Peccole, Whipple and His Honor voting aye; noes, none. Absent: Commissioner Bunker. Motion seconded by Commissioner Peccole and carried by the following vote: Commissioners Moore, Peccole, Whipple and His Honor voting aye; noes, none. Absent; Commissioner Bunker.
