At this time the request of L. Oberman, Poundmaster for reimbursement of $150.00 paid his attorney for defending him in the recent case in City Court was presented to the Board for their consideration. Commissioner Whipple moved that upon the advise of the City Attorney that the Court held that Mr. Oberman was not acting within the scope of his employment, the Board has no authority to reimburse this money. Motion seconded by Commissioner Peccole and carried by the following vote: Commissioners Moore, Peccole, Whipple and His Honor voting aye; noes, none. Absent: Commissioner Bunker. Commissioner Whipple moved the performance bond posted by Howard & Hassett on Southridge Tract No. 2 be referred to the City Attorney for approval. Motion seconded by Commissioner Moore and carried by the following vote: Commissioners Moore, Peccole, Whipple and His Honor voting aye; noes, none. Absent: Commissioner Bunker. Commissioner Peccole moved the request of M. H.
