Commissioner Bunker moved the foregoing petition and letter be ordered filed. Motion seconded by Commissioner Peccole and carried by the following vote: Commissioners Bunker, Moore, Peccole and His Honor voting aye; noes, none. Absent: Commissioner Whipple At this time a Notice and Demand of Frank B. Henry in the amount of $50.00 for loss of his dog, and one from David Winston in the amount of $75.00 for loss of his dog were presented to the Board for their consideration Thereafter Commissioner Bunker moved the City Attorney be instructed to enter suit against the above mentioned persons for allowing their dogs to run loose without a license. Motion seconded by Commissioner Moore and carried by the following vote: Commissioners Bunker, Moore, Peccole and His Honor voting aye; noes, none. Absent: Commissioner Whipple. Mrs. Guy Murphy of the Clark County Humane Society was present at this time, and discussed this matter with the Board. Thereafter Commissioner Bunker moved this matter be referred to the City Attorney for necessary action.
