Bennett - Los Angeles Attached are duplicate originals and all copies of Easement "N"L.D. 2995 from Railroads to Las Vegas Valley Water District ?which were forwarded to 16*. S* 5* Bennett with your letter of March 10, 195o* Please revise the first two pages as follows* 1. Change the first paragraph tinder "WITNESSETH* to reflect the fact that the water pipe line Is already in place* 2* In the second paragraph under "NOW, THEREFORE, THIS INDENTURE WITNESSETH" incorporate the previsions of the following paragraph* "The Grantors, their successors and assigns, reserve the right to construct roads, pipe lines, wire lines over, under, along and across said easenent strips and to use said easement strips, and to grant to other* tbs right to use said easement strips, for any purpose whatsoever which will not unreasonably Interfere with the construction, Maintenance, operation, repair and replacement of water pipe lines and appurtenant facilities by Grantee, Its successors and assigns, under and along said easement strips."
