I agree.M i ? a r | Los Angeles, April 15, Mr. Frank Strong: Referring to your letter of April 12th in connectio installing pumps at wells Nos. 4, 7 and 10 and erecting derrick at well No. 10. I believe we can move the derrick from well No. 9 to well No,10 by handling it with a dragline, and this will save taking carpenter gang from other Job which cannot be very well spared at this time. I have instructed Anderson and Hall to see that these pumps are installed within the next two weeks, and will follow up to that end; also making repairs to the weir boxes.
