There is ju st a question in my mind whether a l l th at should be necessary at th is time would be to tig h te n the lo o s e bands and plug any o f th e worst leaks. I would lik e to p erson a lly look the lin e over and develop some inform ation as to m atters o f to t a l consumption, water pressures, e t c . , before concluding on th is m atter.
