Las Vegas - April 23, 195^ w 23-1-105 Mr. Kauriee Mann 2910 Durand Drive Los Angeles 28, California Dear Sirs This will acknowledge receipt of your letter dated April 20th, 195^* relative to Agreement “N^L.D. 2637, dated December 22, 1952, between Las Vegas Land and Water Company and levee Corporation. This is to advise you that we are unable to change our records as outlined in your letter since it la necessary for the Neves Corporation to furnish this Company with an Assignment authorizing the Las Veg&s Land and Water Company to make all or partial refunds pursuant to Agreement *!*L.D. 2637, payable to yourself and Bertha Mann. In this respect I am attaching hereto a draft of such an Assignment and would advise that you arrange with the Nevas Corporation to prepare and furnish this office with five originals of same. Upon acceptance by the Water Company we will return an original of the Assignment to the Assignor and the Assignee.
