Rosa - 2 - January 28, 1945 caet iron mains serving a portion of this tract and also transmitting water to the present Army Housing Project which we serve through a master meter at the rate of 8^ per 100 cubic feet. In order that we may plan a method by which we can serve the proposed additional units most efficiently and with the least amount of additional pipe, will you please Indicate on the attached the limits of the proposed housing project and return same to me so that further prompt consideration can be given your request.
