fa ie s P a c ific , at &1. 3 December 10 , 1952 Los Angeles & 3aIt Lake Sailroad Company under Application Bo. 7200, which c e rtificate is recorded in Book 1 of Water Appropriations at Page 76, Clark County, ffevada, Records, pursuant to which said Railroad Company hae the right to appropriate from the Las Tegas Artesian Basin through Well Bo. 1 (which well is located in the SWi of the SW4i of the of Section 29, Township 20 S ., Range 61 I ., H. D, B. & M.) two and one-half cubic feet per second (2.5 e .f .s .) of water, or so much thereof as nay tee put to a beneficial use for railroad purposes.
