*r p| 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10 11 12 13 14 15 16 17 18 19 20 21 22 23 24 25 26 n s # Original, for Water Company "N"L.D. 2570 ex LAS VEGAS LAND AND WATER CO. 10626 THIS AGREEMENT, made and entered into as of the Vy day of M a r c A ________ , 1952, by and between LAS VEGAS LAND AND WATER COMPANY, a corporation of the State of Nevada, hereinafter called "Company", Party of the First Part, and DESERT DEVELOPMENT, INC., a-Nevada Corporation^ with place of business at 2021 Cedar Street, Las Vegas, Nevada, hereinafter called "Subdivider”, Party of the Second Part, WITNESSETH: RECITALS WHEREAS, the Company is engaged in the business of distributing water as a public utility, in the City of Las Vegas, Clark County, Nevada; and WHEREAS, the Subdivider is engaged in subdividing Oakridge Tract, Las Vegas, Clark County, Nevada, as per plat filed in Book 3 of Plats, page 30, Clark County Nevada Records, all in the City of Las Vegas, Clark County, Nevada, and has made application to the Company to extend its water mains as follows: Commencing at a connection with existing 10" water main in Oakey Boulevard at the intersection of South Ninth Street, thence southerly in South Ninth Street to Hassett Avenue, thence easterly in Hassett Avenue to a' connection with existing S" water main in South Tenth Street, a distance of approximately 9 0 0 feet Together with the installation of approximately 20 feet of 6 " cast iron water line to serve two (2 ) fire hydrants in location as designated by City Authorities.
